My favorite property in Tokyo. Extremely convenient and well-organised hotel with beautiful views over the urban. Large beds and reasonably priced and well stocked room. Really good experience and knowledgeable staff.

Everything in this spotless hotel was superb. The staff was extremely helpful and genuinely helpful with advice and suggestions. The location was comfortable and handy there, in particular in such a prestigious area. We stopped by Sandog Inn Kobeya Yaesu for coffee and treats, it was at a medium distance from the venue. An in-house restaurant was an advantage.

The whole place was spotless and the staff were extremely helpful and very amiable. Overall it was well-equipped with cultural touch. The hotel had a central setting close to metro.

Small hotel in a beautiful area adjacent to the imperial palace and gardens and Japanese bars / restaurants and nearby areas. Functional-style building, quiet and silent rooms with modern amenities as well as a sleeping bed. Great location at walking distance from Shin-Marunouchi Building.

Elegant ambiance in a central setting. Only 10 minutes on foot from Tokyo railroad station. The staff - highly courteous and very amiable. Fresh breakfast with many fresh dishes continuously prepared by the chef, with good food.

The room was fairly quiet and compact with Nespresso coffee and a kettle.

The hotel was clean and fabulous. The rooms with all facilities. Thanks to the courteous staff everything was brand-new, including a huge variety ofappetising food. Located in 15 minutes' walk from Nihonbashi metro station. Really comfortable stay, as always.

Thanks very much all for a good stay for my last two nights in Tokyo during this trip. Excellent quality breakfast with many fresh dishes continuously prepared by the chef was available. The location walk from a bus station was particularly good. A market and convenience stores were right next door.

Had comfortable stay for two more nights at the end of my Japan trip. The breakfast was enjoyable and incredible as expected with delicious options, nice view, many fresh dishes continuously prepared by the chef. The location was very central, close to JR trains station and Subways as well as restaurants and shops. It also was to multiple metro lines.

The breakfast meal was enjoyable with nice view, many fresh dishes plus occidental options. The location was great and brilliant, right across the street from the Limousine Bus to the airports and the interior design was nice. Moreover, it was so close to subways at Tokyo and Nihonbashi stations, the Shinkansen lines and the 1000 yen airport bus and the train station/downtown;)))

I got high quality breakfast, it was included. The staff members were patient and suggested local places.

There were compact, spotless rooms with all the amenities.

We loved the convenient location of this place, as it was very close to the main Tokyo rail station, making it ideal for sightseeing. It was also situated next to various Metro Stations, allowing us to easily explore the city. The room amenities were fantastic, including heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a minibar. The staff were friendly, efficient, and provided excellent service. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the 24-hour reception, which made our stay even more comfortable.

We would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

The hotel was in an excellent and absolutely perfect position really close to a taxi rank where as Keisei bus stopped almost at the front door, Tokyo Station, Nihombhashi, Maronachi, Gion, Roopongi and Akasaka, and an Excelsior cafe. Wake-up service, available in my a twin room, was a nice bonus.

Views appeared to be pretty bad.
